I had emergency C-section in the hospital when my baby was delivered prematurely in 32 weeks. I received excellent care from Labor ward, Postnatal and then most importantly in SCBU. I can't be more grateful to all doctors, nurses and other stuff. Their care was outstanding every day! I have now at home smiling, heathy and beautiful baby boy and they have our huge Thank You! I am recommending QMMU to all.

I am very pleased with Dr Nikhil Pawa and his continued support whilst looking after me during my treatment. He is a pleasant and optimistic doctor and always made time available for my appointments. He helped me psychologically and kept me personally feeling reassured and positive. I looked forward to my appointments with him and it was a blessing to have him look after me and I am very grateful for his help and service. Many thanks, Lina De Freitas.

West Middlesex hospital is a great Hospital. Staffs are agreeable, kind , compassionate and hard working. As a staff I feel safe and happy working in West Middlesex hospital. There are many opportunities for career progression and you are well supported with that. Staff are very nice to work with and support you at all times which is nice. It feels more like family than colleagues when you are working with staff on shifts and that makes your day much easier and more pleasant.

I have been attending the Gynaecology Dept at West Middlesex Hospital on /off for the past 2 1/2 years. The Nursing staff are wonderful, always kind, go out of their way to help you and treat you with respect. They deserve 100% respect too, patients need to remember they are providing an excellent service and it comes free, no huge Medical Insurance Policies needed. Cannot salute the NHS enough! Dr S Abdi and Dr N Nunes are in my opinion very professional, kind excellent Doctors and the whole Gynaecology team do great work, thank you and well done to you all, I've really appreciated all your help.

I have had to visit twice this year with my four old daughter and I have to say the service was outstanding! The staff were helpful, attentive and kind, they went out of their way to ensure her comfort and that she was seen promptly. The hospital is clean and the children's A&E section is incredible, colourful and super clean with lots of distraction. I am amazed at the 5 star quality of care. Thank you!

I had two appointments in the General Orthopaedic Clinic at West Middlesex Hospital. I was given such exceptional care from consultant Mr Arjuna M Imbuldeniya. I was very nervous and worried prior to my appointment as my issue regarded the nerves in my leg and a potential inability to walk. A few seconds in to my appointment I was relaxed, laughing and put at complete ease. Mr Imbuldeniya is an outstanding consultant who is a total credit to the department/hospital. I felt as though Mr Imbuldeniya sincerely cared about my issue, he discussed everything thoroughly - I was fully aware of all options available to me. Following the initial consultation, I received an MRI appointment incredinly quickly and the follow up to the MRI was already confirmed before I'd had the MRI! Thank you so much Mr Imbuldeniya, you are amazing!!

I was water intoxicated at this hospital as the catheter attached to me did not work and I was given huge amounts of water to drink. I lost control of my limbs and speech. The pain was excruciating and things around me were blurry. Yet, my husband's pleads to check the catheter fell on deaf ears. The receptionist insisted it was the side effect of the general anaesthetic given earlier. Eventually he brought the nurse who inserted the catheter and she took it out only to unleash the buckets of water from inside me that flooded the bedding and the floor. Very embarrassing and left me with overactive bladder for the rest of my life. All the nurses were rude and judgemental apart from one lovely student nurse who was not yet corrupted my the system.
